A: The website migration service that we are offering is free (to a certain extent). We will move your web site(s) to our next–generation cloud hosting platform without you needing to do anything. We know from experience that switching hosting providers can lead to lost data and undesired network downtime. This is the reason why we will perform all that for you at no cost!We’ve got qualified administrators whose sole job is to make certain that your site works precisely as it did on your old web hosting platform. Our administrators are well–versed in transferring custom–made web sites, as well as web sites that are based on well–known web applications such as WordPress and Joomla^™.

A: While we cannot give you an exact ETA, because there are many factors, among them the physical size of the web files and databases, the physical location of the current host’s server, the complexity of your web site and the current workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we will try our best to transfer your web site within 48h, and in certain cases – within 24h (in case the content is not very large).

A: Yes. We’ll need the name of the website that you would like us to transfer. We’ll also need a means to log into your old hosting account so that we can get the content associated with your site.

A: Your website will continue to work just like it did before with your old hosting provider. When we have finished the migration, your site will be configured to work on our hosting platform and we’ll ask you to preview it. If it is working properly, all you will need to do is change the name server resource records for your domain name. Your web site will be transferred to us without any downtime.

A: No. We will never touch base with your web hosting provider about anything at all. They won’t be aware of the website transfer either.

A: We support all Linux–driven hosting platforms. Fundamentally, if we can get access to your Control Panel, we will be able to transfer your website.The only platforms that we do not support are closed–source web site building platforms like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
